MINOR DISTURBANCES:
Any player or department head is to alert the Game Master of a minor disturbance or disagreement with another player directly and not to the entire ship.
For minor disturbances, the Game Master shall ask the player, in a private e-mail, to behave properly. This e-mail should include what he/she did wrong and how not to do it again.
If the disruptions do not cease, the Game Master should remind the simmer again (warning #2) and remind the player that this is their second warning on the same problem.
In case of further disruption, the Game Master will then inform the person that this is the third and final warning, and that upon their next offense, they will be removed from the ship.
On the fourth offense, the Game Master will remove the player from the list, notify the player that he/she has been removed, and notify the remaining players
GRIEVANCES:
Any grievance among players must be handled in the following manner:
A player should notify the player he/she has a grievance with directly by private e-mail to work out the problem.
